PatrickD recalls, "When I was wandering the halls the last day of Anime North 2002, a girl came up to me and asked if I could videotape an interview with Scott McNeil for her. She was Pan-Chan of Lelola.net. I gladly agreed. After she finished her (rather strange) ten minute interview, she introduced Scott to Chibi Moon."

Scott inspected "poor Chibi Moon" and suggested a few destructive tests before confessing, "I don't know! I'm kind and gentle. I can't think of anything. Now, if we were up on the roof..." (What is it with everyone's obsession with dropping her from roofs?)
