I love Chibi moon so much. Next time I go to an anime convention I want to dress up as Sailor Chibi Moon.

You probably won't find one for sale in a store, but you might want to look for people offering commissions on Cosplay.com. We have also had good experiences with our friends at Setsuna Kou's.
